- Damage protection Waives up to $500 in accidental damage or loss across your whole rental. $10
How payment works
You pay a 20% deposit when you book, which is what holds the crates and the date. The balance is charged automatically to the same card 24 hours before we deliver, so there is nothing to remember on moving week. Cancel more than 48 hours out and the deposit comes back in full.
